1.00b Update (Post-Jam)

• Fixed a bug where you could continue to use BULLET GOLEM after running out of energy.
  • In general, BULLET GOLEM is not as easily spammable as it is before. But don't worry, it's still very much powerful.
• Buffed Narumi's shot damage by 12.5%.
• Shrunk Narumi's hitbox size from 2px to 1px.
• Re-positioned some bullet hitboxes.
• Re-factored Cirno and Letty's spell card bonuses.
• Settings will now save properly after closing the game.
• Minor file-size adjustments.
• Added proper readme file!
